CACP Scholarship Program

The Chinese American Construction Professionals (CACP) Scholarship Program was established to provide aid to students who are pursuing their career in architecture, engineering, design, or construction-related fields.

CACP is committed to supporting future young professionals and will offer each scholarship applicant a free year of CACP Student Membership ($35.00 value).

Who Can Apply?

Current college juniors, seniors, or graduate students

  • Majoring in architecture, engineering, planning, or construction-related fields
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA (from the last two semesters or three quarters)
  • Willing to volunteer at two CACP events

How to Apply?

2026 Application Deadline
5:00 p.m., Friday, May 8, 2026

Complete application package must be received at the CACP office by the deadline.

Required Documents:

  1. Completed CACP Scholarship Application Form
  2. Official Transcripts (previous school year) – unofficial copies not accepted
  3. Statement of Qualifications (maximum 500 words)
    Briefly describe your journey into the design/construction field and explain why you are the best candidate.
  4. Two Recommendation Letters from professor/faculty members in your field of study

Failure to submit a complete package will disqualify your application.

Selection & Award Schedule

Applicants will be notified of the results no later than May 22, 2026.

The scholarship will be awarded at our Annual Awards Banquet (Greater Los Angeles area).
Recipients are required to attend to receive the award.
