CHARLIE WANG

Charlie Wang has had 20 years of hotel management and construction experience. Charlie had involved
in marketing, sales, management, and engineering areas while he dedicated himself to Blossom Hotel in
China and established the same brand hotel in Houston based on his rich experience and background on
construction and management abilities. starting from 2011, Charlie set a goal and led his team to create a
Luxury Hotel in Houston and perfectly achieved it with his innovative marketing strategies. This hotel has
been growing so fast, being a supernova, and standing out from competitors even during the pandemic. In
addition to his role as a CEO, President, General Manager of hotel and construction companies, Charlie
is also heavily involved in his teams. As a leader, he dedicates a portion of his time to encouraging and
improving his staff to achieve their career goals.

DAVID DU
As the president, David Du leads Tianqing Real Estate Development in keeping with the company vision,
coordinating with other key officers to grow and improve the business. His main responsibilities include
overseeing company policies and procedures as well as critical decisions, driving organizational strategy
through identification, quantification, and prioritization of opportunities that are key to maintain the
improve business, ensuring the company's successful strategic implementation. Mr Du has an extensive
background and knowledge in real estate development and transactions, finance and accounting. With an
abundance of international experiences, he has a strong understanding of various markets and business
culture throughout the United States and China. He received his master of Accounting and Finance from
Saint Louis University.

BOSTON
JEFF CHEUNG

Jeffery Cheung is a current Master in Architecture student at Harvard Graduate School of Design. He also
serves as the president of the Design Entrepreneurs at Harvard and the Social Vice President of the Design
Club at Harvard Business School. Jeffery is the founder of Buildoly, a marketplace platform connecting
homeowners with architecture, engineering, and construction professionals. He is also the founder of
Studio Assembly, an 8-person multi-disciplinary architecture practice engaging in design research, pub-
lication, and curation. Previously, Jeffery was a designer for NBCUniversal on their Global Real Estate
team, producing and overseeing 15+ international NBC Projects. Jeffery also worked directly under Peter
Eisenman in his New York firm designing the Yale University gymnasium. Several of Jeffery’s designs have
won competitions and have been presented awards.

Currently, Eddie Ni holds the position of President, Chief Executive Officer & Director at Goldenstone Acqui-
sition Ltd. and President of Windfall Group USA, Inc. Mr. Ni is also on the board of SLV Windfall Holdings LLC.
Involved in multiple industries including but not limited to Real Estate Develop-
ment and Investment, Kitchen Cabinetry and Countertop, Kitchen Supply, Hotel Furni-
ture, Manufacturing, Import & Exports, Education, and the Franchise & Catering Business.
He previously occupied the position of Chairman & Chief Executive Officer for Direct Import Home Decor, Inc.
Not much more information I can find, but seems like a good and legitimate real estate company which
has diversified into somewhat related industries.
