                               KENNY CHEN CHAIRMAN – GREAT WALL REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT LLC
                               Kenny Chen is the Chairman of Great Wall Real Estate Development LLC, which engaged in the catering
                               industry and real estate investment management. He enthusiastically participates in local communities’ de-
                               velopment, public welfare and charity, and serves as the liaison with the local political and business circles.
                               He is currently the president of the American Chinese United Association (Greater Washington Chapter),
                               Executive Vice-Chairman at the United Chinese Community Of Greater Washington and the First V.P. of the
                               United State-China Association of Commerce.






          NORTHERN CALIFORNIA
                                ERIC SUN
                               Eric Sun is a serial entrepreneur running business in United States, China, and Taiwan. Eric used to run a shoe
                               factory in China for over 20 years and was the biggest shoe manufacturer in the city. He was supplying products
                               to large retailers in the States. Eric also did international trading for ladies’ shoe. He led the company with huge
                               contributions including strategies planning, market assessing, customer analysis, vendor screening, and internal
                               integration. He was also the largest shoe trader at City of Industry in Los Angeles.  After the shoe business, Eric
                               has been doing investments broadly in different business sectors. He invests in high-tech products, international
                               coal importing, and real estate development around the world. Eric is an experienced real estate developer in
                               both China and in the States. His development portfolio includes high rises complex with restaurants, entertain-
                               ment, education, shopping mall and supermarket; multi-family apartments and condominiums.


          TAIWAN

                                FRANK LIN
                               Mr. Frank Lin studied mining and metallurgical engineering technology at Taipei Tech, the oldest industrial school in Taiwan,
                               and then studied management engineering at Nihon Univ. After coming to the United States, he studied EMBA at UCLA
                               Anderson School of Business. He used to operate metal industry and commercial building development in Taiwan. Served as
                               directors with WanHai Lines and ShiLin Paper. After coming to the United States in 1982, he was active in the overseas Chinese
                               community in Southern California. In Taiwan, he served as the leader of many associations and was also an honorary director
                               of the university's architectural culture and education foundation. In 1993, he served as the president of JCUAA in Southern
                               California.




           LOUISIANA
                                ANDY YANG

                                Andy Yang is the Executive Chairman of the United Federation of Chinese Americans and an influential leader within the
                                Chinese American business community. As a Chinese immigrant from Fuzhou, Fujian Province, Yang's exceptional business
                                acumen drove him to establish Infinity Hospitality Group. The group oversees a diverse range of hospitality ventures, spanning
                                hotels and acclaimed restaurants. Yang has concurrently developed a robust portfolio of restaurant real estate assets, further
                                diversifying his holdings in the hospitality sector. With extensive influential relations across politics, business, education, health-
                                care, law, technology, finance, and other key industries, Yang actively advocates for investment betweenU.S. and Chinese firms,
                                commercial exchange, and cooperation between Asian communities.
