Bin Lin, a first-generation immigrant entrepreneur, leads Casa Noah Design Group, a multifac-
eted firm in design, construction, and manufacturing with a significant presence in several states.
Since founding Casa Noah in 2019, he has shaped Panama City Beach with a 20,000-square-foot showroom
and expanded into modular housing with a large plant in Marianna, Florida, which produces a ffordable
workforce housing, multi-family, and signle-family homes. Bin’s self-taught expertise and innovative ap-
proach have earned him a stellar reputation in both high-end and affordable housing, securing strong client
loyalty and industry influence.

ZHANG MING
Zhang Ming is College of Fellows, the American Institute of Architects, the founder of MZA Architecture. Be-
fore this, he was the president of MulvannyG2 Architecture, one of the largest Architectural design firm in US. In
16 years he has transferred it from a regional retail service firm to a global design firm. MZA is an Architectural
Design Co. headquartered in Bellevue, WA. It focuses on the Commercial Markets in both US and China. The
Founder Zhang Ming, FAIA is a world renowned Designer who has over 30 years global architectural practice
experiences. He has led the successful brand building for Corporations like Callison and MG2. He has obtained
architectural licenses in over 5 States and won many design awards. MZA’s design philosophy is “Humanity,
Relevance, Place making and Sustainability”. It has world class reputation in Mixed-use, Office, Retail, Life Style
Center, Hospitality, Residential, Culture and Urban Design.

BING ZENG
Bing Zeng currently is the President of Prime Global Products which manufactures and provides construc-
tion power tools to US major retailers like Amazon, Home Depot, Walmart, Lowe’s and Floor & Decor, etc.
Earlier in her career she also worked for a prestigious privately owned international Real Estate Development
and Architecture Design firm, Portman Holdings, in Atlanta, reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer.
In her spare time, she has been an influential community leader as the President and Chairwoman of Association
of Chinese Professionals in Atlanta in the last ten years and taught MBA program in Georgia Tech and Georgia
State University for several years.

ARIZONA
JOHN LEE

John Lee worked at the Chinese Academy of Sciences as an Research Assistant. Later, he
went to the United States to study and obtained a master's degree in civil engineering from Tex-
as Tech University and a doctorate in urban development from the University of Arizona.
After graduating, Dr. Lee stayed at the school and worked as a Senior Research Specialist at the University of
Arizona, engaged in scientific research and teaching. After engaged in more than 100 civil engineering projects
of various types, in 2005, he founded Pacificspan LLC, which mainly serves the federal government and has won
many awards from SBA, DOC, Congress, and CACP.
